Mr Flukes has held board, and board advisory, roles in generation development and energy retailing businesses, as well as industry associations.

In executive roles, Mr Flukes has a track record of impressive shareholder returns. Latterly, as CEO for Infratil Energy Australia he oversaw the growth of Infratil’s Australian energy businesses (spearheaded by the Lumo Energy retail business) realising a sale value of over $600 million.

“This is a significant appointment for the Company and comes at an important time for ESCO Pacific as it continues to build its profile within the Australian energy market.
