Welcome to Finley Solar Farm
Finley Solar Farm is a 175MW solar farm located 6km west of Finley, New South Wales. ESCO Pacific identified the site in 2017 and secured development consent in January 2018.
In July 2018 ESCO Pacific signed Australia’s largest ever corporate solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the country’s biggest steel manufacturer BlueScope for 66% of the electricity produced by the solar farm.
ESCO Pacific and John Laing, an international infrastructure investor announced financial close of the project in November 2018 and construction commenced.
A joint venture of Signal Energy and Canadian Solar was responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the project. ESCO Pacific managed construction on behalf of the owner John Laing.
ESCO Pacific will remain involved in the project long term through the provision of asset management services.
