Foundation for good governance

We expect everyone working at OX2, as well as our suppliers, and business partners, to meet high social, ethical, human rights and environmental standards. We have a zero-tolerance policy on corruption and we work systematically to identify and minimize risks of corruption and bribery, substandard working conditions, human rights violations, environmental damage or other fraudulent behavior.

Climate and nature contribution

Climate change and large-scale biodiversity loss are two interconnected global crises. To bring about a resilient world, we need to prevent climate change, and at the same time enrich biodiversity. By accelerating the access to renewable energy OX2 is an important contributor to limit climate change. To do this in a sustainable manner we work to minimize our GHG emissions, minimize our negative impact on nature, and achieve a higher level of circular use of resources.

OX2 combines central capabilities spread across our offices with local collaborative development teams and contractors, ensuring community engagement and project adaptation to local conditions, as well as promoting local job and value creation. OX2 is engaged from project development to operation, from the start and for decades to come.
